Job description
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. Screening, recruiting, and training sales representatives. Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases. Build Relationship with key dealers Manage primary and secondary sales, manage stocks purchase, inventory and collections etc.. Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience. Manage the Sales & Distribution responsibilities in the allocated Sales Territory Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success. Set and track monthly targets and submit weekly, monthly reports to higher authority.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prefer Candidates only from FMCG, FMCD, Retail Industry only.Â
Must have two wheeler.Â
Age limit 26 years to 35 Years.
Graduates Preferred.
Min 2+ Years of experience required in the preferred industry.Â
Good Knowledge of MS Office required.Â
Must have handle a team of Sales representatives.
