Join our Payroll team
Our Payroll Team provides support for the business for Payroll or Benefits process(s). The individual are responsible for each assigned local legislative rules and process. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed.

In this role, you will identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. You will promote 'Best in Class' service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring successful execution of one or more Payroll processing for Middle East countries.
Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s).
Managing increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area(s).
Providing advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners.
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and company policy requirements.
Participating in internal, external payroll and benefits audits Preparation of year-end reporting & associated statistics.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in related field with at least 3 years of relevant payroll work experience.
Preferably have an experience in handling Middle East countries knowledge in Qatar or Pakistan payroll will be an added advantage.
Have good analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience in using Workday and SAP is an added advantage.
