Job description

Title – Sales/Bids Executive

 

Main task: handling quantitative (90%) and qualitative (10%) bid requests in an accurate and timely fashion

Work schedule: full time, 9 hours a day (1-hour break), 5 days a week, except all local public holidays. US working time

 

Tasks:

· Handling incoming quantitative and qualitative bid requests in an accurate and timely fashion, looking to convert as much as possible of them into projects

· Make sure you fully understand client`s request, check feasibility within our internal tools, provide a strong and professional offer.

· May be required to set up face to face meetings with strategic clients and travel to their offices to hold presentations

· May be required to attend market research trade shows to meet up with key clients

· Producing reports on your work when required.

 

Requirements:

· At least 1 years of bids or sales or business development experience in online market research

· Experience in selling to large multinational clients such as Ipsos, Kantar, GfK, Nielsen etc.

· Experience in selling the following qualitative research methods: product test (iHUT), online diary, online community, online focus group, online IDIs and surveys that run on mobile apps.

· Excellent knowledge of the limitations related to running surveys using online panels – i.e. difficult to reach targets, sensitive topics, PII collection, challenging quotas etc.

· Proven successful track record (i.e. clients won, numbers reached etc.)

· At least a basic experience in working with the Cint Access Pro tool, and any other tool will be advantage

· Be a great team player, tenacious, positive, proactive, with a strong 'can do' attitude, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently at the same time, permanently self-improving own skills

· Highly important: be able to work independently, without continuous supervision or tasks received on a daily/weekly basis.

  You get a serious plus for:

· Experience in meeting up clients and holding presentations to promote company's services

· Experience in participating to market research trade shows, either as a visitor, exhibitor or speaker

· Experience in selling CATI and/or CAPI projects

· Experience in project management within the market research industry

· Experience in building online panels

· Being fluent or having excellent command of another international language besides English

· Knowing your way with Gmail

·  Providing us with any written recommendations from peers or clients.
