Website: Culture: Products: Customers: Job Summary: You will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. You will be partner with the internal Product Management, Engineering and Data Science for the Product working closely with the Senior Executives. Each of our Cloud Products are high-growth (50%+) and of a scale that they could easily be stand-alone businesses in the general SaaS world. Responsibilities: Drive product strategy, product VGIs (vision, goals, initiatives) and roadmap, and successful execution across your product unit Develop a strong team of product managers, engineers and data scientists Be a cross-functional leader, bringing departments together around customer value realization and high NPS (Net Promoter Score) Requirements: Experience is required with good experience of working in Product development organizations Should have experience in overseeing product roadmap and strategy and definition Proven track record of ideation to delivery of large complex Enterprise products; with global customer implementation base and with minimum annual revenues of over $30-40M Significant and demonstrable industry experience in managing product management teams, especially delivering SaaS products Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.Job tags
