The Bizops Manager role at Mudrex will be a part of our OTC TradeDesk team, and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Clients, ensuring timely execution of trades and orders, filing trade reports, operating trade channels, and providing excellent customer service. This position will focus on improving operational excellence, providing customer service and ensuring compliance with SOPs as set forth by internal teams.
- Oversee all operational activities of the Mudrex OTC Tradedesk along with the trading and business development teams to ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Collaborating with Mudrex Clients to understand their requirements and execute trades promptly with zero error tolerance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the trade desk and report numbers to internal stakeholders proactively
- Execute trades and report order statuses to clients and internal stakeholders as per SOPs set by internal and external teams
- Develop client relationships and strategies that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and retention
- Respond to client queries and requests in a timely and accurate manner, via chat/email/call
- Create Trade Reports and reporting of business operations regularly
- Financial Reporting and compliance as per processes set by respective teams
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with financial regulations.
