Job description
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Any MBA will be preferred
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Technical Skills
Required Mandatory:
• Strong knowledge in Windows Server and client operating systems, Network/Systems administration, Active Directory, Group policy objects, User Profiling and Remote Desktop Services. • Deep understanding of Virtualization (VMWare eSXI, Vcenter, Workspace One, Horizon, MS Hyper-V, Citrix) and HCI (Nutanix)
• Strong networking knowledge (Routing, Firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, Load Balancing, etc).
• Understanding of Linux Operating system and proficient knowledge of fundamentals.
• Proficiency in any of the Scripting languages: Bash Shell & PowerShell.
• Strong networking knowledge and familiar with various monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, Process Monitor, Nmap, debug view, etc).
• Performance Monitoring and Logging tools (ELK Stack, SIEM, etc).
• Experience in IT infrastructure design and administration (Solution Architecture / Sizing / etc)
Role and Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate with customer and help design, configure and deploy Accops Solution suites for based on Statement of Work (SoW).
• Adhere to implementation process including documentation.
• Change Management in SoW with customer and product engineering team.
• Driving projects from Implementation phase to roll-out and completion while ensuring project goals and success criteria are met.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously with implementation team.
• Plan overall execution and timely reporting of multiple projects.
• Participate in improving Learning & Development of the professional services team.
• Work with product management team to improve the product by suggesting new features and enhancements.
• Ensure 'High Quality' documentation (Accuracy of content and diagrams, clarity of diagrams ('professional' look), architecture and configuration details, etc).
• Proper, regular and timely updates regarding project progress and work related matters.
• Join and participate in scheduled meetings.
• Ensure proper co-ordination with team members, client team, and others as required.
Good to have :
• Cloud management skills.
• Experience of working with a product (OEM) company in support or implementation or pre-sales
