Role Description Global Program Management – Transition Management and Transformation services Will be responsible to lead support/develop transition engagements
Responsibilities Strategy & Planning · Leading Transition operational and strategic planning by assessments and sign off for program of work Acquisition & Deployment · Complete business opportunity assessment and create business case · Developing Statement of Work with SLAs and Cost Benefit Analysis for off shored processes & services Operational Management · Collaborating with internal stakeholder(s) for supporting transition of work/services · Approving and overseeing projects and project portfolio · Working with multiple internal stakeholders while responding to RFI/RFP from an outsourcing Solutioning and Transition perspective · Establishing and maintaining regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent Transition activities · Participating in remote and onsite Due Diligence exercises to understand client processes and requirements in order to draft outsourcing solutions · Updating stakeholders with weekly or monthly Transition update · Risk management through the transition life cycle Project Coordination · Involving Stake Holder Interaction, Project Planning, Estimation, Monitoring & Progress Reporting · Project Level Issues Resolution & Technology Conflict Resolution · Expectation & Risk Management; Cross-functional Process/Team Interactions Others · Managing all aspects (including governance) of transition lifecycle through its phases and Toll Gates · Providing adequate tracking on program / project level metrics such as implementation costs and benefits tracking · Resolving all issues that affect attainment of service delivery / metrics during the progression · Handling all partner relationship management issues during transition before handling off the project to service delivery · Working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate handoff of process/service and necessary hand holding · Participation & contribution in keeping the Transition Framework up to dateJob tags
