WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities - Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies
- Managing and planning the social calendar and comms with the objective to gain share of voice in the category - Instagram/ Facebook/ YouTube and the emerging platforms for discovery.
- Evaluating organic social health and accordingly planning media boost.
- Track weekly metrics on the social accounts to understand the change in content and design required to enhance the consumer journey.
- Understand food category trends across companies amp; channels.
- Understand consumer requirements amp; insights from products.
- Calendarize category initiatives with focus products within FMCG, Consumer durable amp; D2C.
- Plan platform-wise initiatives for focus products.
- Media planning amp; execution of campaigns for specific initiatives
- Portfolio planning in terms of market competitiveness
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
- 4+ years' brand management or marketing experience
- Proven work experience managing brand strategy of a good brand.
- MBA mandatory – Full-time program
- 4-6 yrs of brand management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills
- Familiarity/Knowledge expertise in kids' segment/food/recipe content
- Campaign-thinking
- Creative inclination towards problem-solving
Skill Required - 2-6 years of experience in In -house creative studio/ agency along with deep knowledge and experience in driving amp; managing digital content marketing
- BA in literature (mandatory) amp; MA (preferred) or similar qualification Consumer Tech/ FMCG / D2C experience is highly desirable
- Should possess leadership skills to lead the content team to successful completion of its objectives Strong attention to detail and ability to work with timelines
