Job Role: React Native Developer (Mobile Application Developer)

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to build high-performing mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

Seeking candidates who excel in fast-paced environments. Must thrive in managing multiple tasks, adapt quickly to change, and maintain high productivity under pressure. Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in React Native mobile application development.
• Current location Pune will be highly preferred.
• Job Type: Initially Remote, later Hybrid.

Technical & Interpersonal Skills:

• Proven experience as a React Native Developer or Mobile Application Developer.
• Working experience in iOS and Android platforms, ReactJS, React Native, Redux, and RESTful web services.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and NodeJS.
• Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux, TypeScript, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (REST API's).
• Familiarity with server-side technologies such as DotNET is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and implementation of scalable user interfaces for large mobile business applications
• Expertise in designing and developing complex mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot and maintain existing systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to adapt & work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proven success working with all levels of management

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements analysis meetings.
• Create pixel-perfect UIs for both iOS and Android.
• Design and develop complex application components.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce design and architecture.
• Test and deploy applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that code quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the team while taking responsibility for individual contributions.
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
