Experience required: 3-4 years 

Good Knowledge in Logistics is Mandatory

Candidate from Manufacturing industry preferred

Job Responsibilities 

Logistics Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager has the primary responsibility of coordinating inside sales related activities associated with customer requests for pricing, expedited services, volume and spot quotes.

Responsibilities:

Communicate plan of execution to appropriate operations personnel to ensure successful pick-up and delivery.

Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Identify customer problems and provide solutions.

Review and approve timecards and paid time off requests for all staff.

Maintain and lead Inside Sales team concentrating on individual sales productivity along with meeting quotas, objectives and goals.

Prepare all relevant reports with respect to inside sales for Vice President, Sales.

Coach and mentor on daily basis by using written and verbal communication medium.

Gather data, evaluate information and present feedback to Inside Sales Reps for increasing performance, overall productivity and skill sets.

Monitor and oversee weekly team meetings as well as help team activities.

Identify and monitor strengths plus weaknesses of all Inside Sales Reps.

Stimulate Inside Sales Reps as per their individual self-motivational factors.

Interact effectively and conduct effectual sales strategies, tactics along with closing skills.

Handle all multiple assignments in fast paced atmosphere.
