• Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy
• Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services
• Assist in the creation and implementation of customer service strategies

• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
