Deputy Manager - BI Support Lead

In this role you will…

  • Providing end user support for Power BI, Analysis for Office Excel Packs and SAP BI applications.
  • Guarantee that BI Reports users receive structured and timely support.
  • Guarantee that queries are being raised in Service Now
  • Oversee the access provisioning for Power BI in Sail Point and SAP BI access via Governance Risk and Compliance.
  • Engage with Tech teams to solve complex requests.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and assistance in the implementation of strategic CERPs BI aims.

Why you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant and/or Information technology qualification or equivalent training
  • and experience
  • Experienced finance professional with SAP BI process experience
  • Experience of management reporting, financial planning, SAP reporting tools (ideally

including Lumira and Business Explorer), Power BI and Excel.

  • Track record of building stakeholder relationships in a global, cross-functional context.
  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
