Job description
One of our prestigious clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Division Head for Ships Sales & Marketing to be based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Job Purpose:
Develop and implement Sales strategies while overseeing Account Managers work conduct market research to support Marketing strategies development and ensure highquality aftersales service to Clients.
Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships:
Sales Management process:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Sales Marketing & Aftersales strategies in coordination with the Head of Department and other relevant departments to meet the companys sales objectives.
- Lead and manage the Account Managers providing guidance support and motivation to ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients partners and stakeholders and collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain effective strategies and solutions that meet clients needs.
- Work with the Account Managers to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to win their business.
Marketing activities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the companys products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Develop compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of the companys products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities and stay up to date with industry news and developments.
- Analyze the market trends and the partners needs to identify potential upsell and crosssell opportunities and work with the internal stakeholders to develop effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to identify new sales opportunities for the company.
After Sales Activities:
- Ensure that clients receive highquality support and service after purchasing the companys products and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve the companys aftersales processes and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 12 years of experience in Shipbuilding industry.
- Technical Certifications in the related field.
