Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance to the HR team, managing the HR database, maintaining employee records, providing excellent customer service to employees and external stakeholders, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) experience, including knowledge of HR best practices and procedures
  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance experience, including experience with scheduling, file management, and database management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with HR software, such as ADP or Workday, is a plus
  • Experience in the cultural sector or a passion for preserving and promoting traditional Indian culture is a plus
