Role Description This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to HR management, such as assisting in recruitment, headhunting, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HR management and policy development Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field Previous internship experience is a plus Stipend - Rs 5000 / month Duration - 3 months + 3 months (extendable)Job tags
