Job Overview We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our integrated marketing solutions to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, Bagalgunta India. The ideal candidate should have 06 months to 2 years of experience in sales and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications And Skills - 06 months - to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Energetic and self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license
Roles And Responsibilities - Promote and sell our integrated marketing solutions to potential clients in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their marketing needs
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective marketing strategies
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and expand business connections
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
