LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is searching for a Director of Acquisitions to lead the APAC region. The Director of Acquisitions and Onboarding will execute against revenue and customer acquisitions goals, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support. This leader will be responsible for developing a go-to-market strategy and scaling the sales motion that will build a pipeline of prospects and convert them into customers who are ready to spend. The team will consist of 1-2 Linkedin employees and an outsourced sales team that will acquire and onboard new customers for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
Responsibilities - Establish and oversee the development of the acquisition and onboarding sales motion for APAC and be a key leader and contributor to the global customer acquisitions and onboarding efforts
- Identify segment growth opportunities, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Support and Data Science
- Oversee LinkedIn employees and an outsourced sales team
- Inspire and coach individuals and teams to excel in their role
- Grow revenue share in key APAC markets
- Use data to understand the business health and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Direct the implementation of the go to market strategy, sales programs, and ensure ongoing attainment of goals and objectives
- Partner closely with cross-functional team to implement test and iterate on programs that drive growth and sustainability
Qualifications Basic Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in new advertising sales, marketing, strategic operations, vendor management and/or consulting
- 7+ years in a leadership role leading teams with a regional remit.
Preferred Qualifications - Subject matter expertise in sales development , new customer acquisitions and scaled selling
- Ability to quickly determine a vision and execution plan to move forward in a dynamic environment
- Cross Functional partnership and influencing skills - especially with marketing, product, and data science
- Experience with global people management, delivering successfully through others, and comfort with building a new team and resourcing structures from the ground up
- Experience navigating and leading in ambiguity
- Analytical background - comfort with data science driven sales concepts and excels at leveraging data to inform and drive overall business strategy
- Demonstrated ability to drive operations and attainment of results at global scale.
