- Prior experience as a business development executive.

- Hands-on experience with the bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH and LinkedIn etc.

- Analytical and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.

Responsibilities:-

- Collaborating with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and

- Creating suitable proposals as per the requirements.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.

- Participating in negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals.
