Team Leader

This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role located in Rajkot. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, providing training and support, and ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. The Team Leader will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or similar roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Knowledge of B2B marketplace and customer service best practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
