About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire an HR SuccessFactors Talent Management Delivery Lead for a leading producer of French fries and potato specialties in the world. Located in Florenceville, New Brunswick, Canada, they are a global leader in the frozen food industry in Canada and around the world.

Job Purpose

As the SuccessFactors Talent Management Delivery Lead you will be part of a growing HR Portfolio team, responsible for delivering talent management technology solutions in collaboration with the HR organization development function, SuccessFactors Product Owner, and other internal IT departments such as integration, security, or solution architects. You'll be known as someone who can get things done by using your knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors talent management suite to guide the business toward solutions and implement effective changes to strengthen value realization. Reporting to the Director of our HR technology Portfolio your responsibilities will include the following:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistent service to configure and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management suite which includes LMS, PMGM, CDP, and Succession.
  • Collaborate with our internal SuccessFactors Product Owner to analyze and execute design changes to best enable business needs.
  • Work closely with applicable HR centers to roll out and sustain value through the SuccessFactors talent management solutions.
  • Support routine release upgrades of the SuccessFactors solution to analyze universal and opt-in changes to the talent management suite and implement as required.
  • Drive test planning, and execution of test cycles, and partner with business process owners to achieve user acceptance testing sign-off.
  • Facilitate handover by documenting design configuration in workbooks and knowledge-transferring changes to applicable support teams in collaboration with the product owner.

Educational Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management suite functionality.
  • Certified in at least 3 of the following SuccessFactors modules; LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, or Compensation
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience managing skills/competency frameworks and integration with 3rd party LMS content providers.
  • Strong understanding of related HR business processes.
  • Technical expertise in SCORM, SCORM 2.0, and AICC content.
  • At least 2 end-to-end LMS, PMGM, CDP, and Succession Implementations or 3+ years supporting these modules as part of a support team.
  • Experience with influencing and partnering with IT teams such as Solution Architects, Product Owners, Security Teams, Developers, and Integrators.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Travel as required to support delivery.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Certification/experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central and Recruitment).
  • Experiences with CPI and integrations to talent suite.
  • Experience with talent management suite in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) such as Degreed.
