Amazon Pay is the fintech arm of Amazon. We are growing our offline payments operations aggressively in India. In this context, we are looking for a Sales Assistant in Amazon Pay Team. You will be a key catalyst for our organization's growth, maximizing revenue by providing essential support to our Business development team and Account Managers.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with experience in analyzing data. You should be comfortable navigating multiple complex functions and have a knack for executing existing processes, finding scope for improvements in the process, and building SOPs for new processes.
The dynamic nature of our business means our environment is rapidly changing, and the ideal candidate will thrive amidst constant change and be adept at handling uncertain, challenging situations. The candidate should not only be comfortable with repeatable processes but excel in ensuring the consistency and quality of these operations.
Key job responsibilities
• Conduct routine reporting at executive-levels at a predetermined cadence
• Work with Sales Team and Program Management team in operational process execution and processes
improvements
• Support sales team with any data requirements
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bengaluru, KA, IND
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent
- Proficient MS Excel and experience in automating MS Excel reporting
- Experience in SQL & Power BI
