Job description
**Position Title: Investment Specialist**
Position Purpose:
As an IS/Sr. IS, your primary role is to drive asset accumulation and generate revenues within the Super Investor client segment. You will achieve this by offering a diverse range of asset gathering products, including Mutual Funds (Lumpsum and SIP), PMS, AIF, Investiger, Corporate Fixed Deposits, trading and lending products, and protection-driven financial solutions. Your focus will be on cross-selling to existing customers and acquiring new clients, with the goal of expanding client wallets. Additionally, you'll facilitate client upgrades to higher service segments.

Direct Responsibilities:
- Utilize a comprehensive product portfolio to gather assets and generate revenue within the Super Investor segment.
- Offer a variety of financial products, including PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Corporate FDs, NCDs, SGBs, and insurance, to existing clients via face-to-face meetings or telephonic conversations.
- Actively manage client relationships and provide personalized investment advice and solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through brokerage, education, and interest-oriented instruments.
- Eligibility for incentives based on achieving asset gathering and revenue targets, in addition to a fixed salary.
