Mechanical Engineer:
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and evaluate mechanical systems and components.
Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize designs.
Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct testing and validation of prototypes.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and products.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
Evaluate and optimize existing designs for performance and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for component sourcing and procurement.
Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Participate in product lifecycle management activities, including design reviews and quality assurance.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, quality) to ensure project success.

Requirements:
