Chembur, Mumbai Profile: Arbitration / Non-Litigation Experience: 4-6 years CTC: 9-14 L Overview / Responsibility: The Firm specializes in arbitration . Court matters are also confined to cases that relate to arbitrations (which are being handled or were handled by the Firm). Other work includes drafting and/or reviewing contracts and Contract Management. There will be a brief period of training when the Associate would be exposed to the nature (and quality) of work/services rendered by the Firm. After achieving a mutual level of confidence, the Associate would be expected to handle all aspects of any arbitration assigned to him/her including drafting pleadings, appearances, advancing arguments etc. Expected services also include drafting/reviewing contracts and providing Contract Management (Legal) services to clients. Qualifications & Skills: 1. LLB or LLM 2. 4 – 6 years experience 3. Proficient in English. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Good research skills. 6. Must follow up and complete assigned tasks (irrespective of their magnitude) proactively with minimal supervision. 7. Dedicate time and effort to ensure excellent quality of work. 8. Ability to manage resources efficiently and effectively. 9. Loyalty to the Firm and sincerity to the work assigned.Job tags
