Work Hours: Flexible to overlap time zones.
- Champion and reinforce Agile principles in the Scrum framework by Guiding and coaching the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices.
- Promote a safe environment for team members to express ideas, ask questions, and voice concerns constructively by shielding the team from external interferences and distractions.
- Foster continuous improvement by guiding the team to self-reflect, identify opportunities, be open and transparent about failure, and improve through experimentation.
- Capture metrics and team health data to improve forecasts and help the team maintain a sustainable pace.
- Provide the right amount of support with the goal of leading the team to learn and maintain healthy Agile habits and become self-managing.
- Remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and release goals (internal and external to the team)
- Support organizational objectives and participate in new process.
- Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that are identified, mitigated, or escalated as necessary.
- Responsible for Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- ExcellentCommunication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings effectively.
- Leader who has a serving mentality you're there to support and drive your scrum teams.
