Urgent hiring for Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing

Experience : 1 year to 6 years

Job mode : Office, Bhopal MP

Job Description :
Sourcing & screening, and properly using various job portals.
Handle End-to-End Recruitment cycle
Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment cycle for Non IT positions Manufacturing experience preferred.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Client coordination and Interaction
Distributing the requirement into the team and fulfilling the requirement and achieving the desired targets.
Develop sourcing strategies
Good knowledge of technical skills.
Identifying& sourcing talented professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, head hunting, competitor mapping, existing database etc
Shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies.
Volume hiring
Interviewing applicants and making sure that their skills match with the job requirements.
Coordinating interview, follow up with clients and candidates entering all activities in database in a timely manner.
Negotiating on Notice Period and Compensation and emphasizing benefits and perks.
Responsible for candidates joining.
Drafting job posting on the portals
Coordinate and Conduct regular follow-up with Clients to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Build meaningful relationships with candidates to uncover crucial, intangible qualities desired within the next step in their careers

Desired Candidate Profile:

The Candidate should necessarily have :People management skills, leadership skills, Proficient in MS-office , Good presentation skill, Excellent communication and Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills
People with experience in staffing/ recruitment consultancy would be given preference
Ability to prioritize tasks inline with fast changing business needs.
Strong knowledge of job portals such as Boolean Search, Job posting, Mass mailing.
Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.
Experience in recruitment management and in bulk recruitment.
Sound recruiting skills, knowledge of various recruiting methods and channels
Able to interact with all levels of Management and external providers
Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
