Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Understand client needs and proactively propose solutions to enhance their experience.
Sales Development:

Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
Prospect and generate new business through various channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Showcase the value proposition of products/services and address client objections.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitiveness.
Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and account status.
Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.
