Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Distributor Sales Representative to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Distributor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors and ensuring the successful sale and distribution of our products. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in distributor sales or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Knowledge of the cement, waterproofing, FMCG, and energetics industries will be highly advantageous
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributors
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting our products
- Identify new distributor opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand our distribution network
- Train and support distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to effectively position our products
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders
- Resolve any distributor-related issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Location :Peenya, RR Nagar, electronic city and Sarjapur.
Preferable in FMCG, Water proof, and Cement
