EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors and potential areas for business expansion. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and develop strategic business plans. New Business Identification: Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential clients, and target markets. Explore avenues for diversification and innovation to drive business growth. Partnership Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and collaborators. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that align with the company's objectives. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company's goals. Set clear objectives, timelines, and action plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements ❖ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). ❖ Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience from software/IT companies are a must have. ❖ Must have achieved consistent revenue targets of 10 crore onwards on an annual basis. ❖ In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape. ❖ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. ❖ Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. ❖ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. ❖ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. ❖ Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.Job tags
