About The Job Technical Services Manager of Identity & Access Management, is responsible for driving IAM program maturity, implementing and increasing adoption by onboarding technology platforms, maturing processes, providing actionable guidance on security standards and best processes. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships with all stakeholders. You'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior management.
Responsibilities - Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations
- Lead day-to-day billable operations within a client project – ability to fulfill project needs and build client relationships, while acting independently or as part of a larger team
- Develops operational plans for projects to ensure that plans are integrated with broader corporate strategies, budgets, schedules and plans. Establishes departmental processes, procedures and standards
- Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to our client's
- Able to lead effectively in a strong Customer service oriented environment, while managing and prioritzing multiple projects
- Build relationships and serve as a liaison between system/application owners and the IAM Team for IAM specific initiatives
- Oversight of the proposal & SOW creation for the proposed execution
Requirements - Undergraduate or masters' degree preferably in one of the following areas: Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or other related majors
- Knowledge and 5-7 years of hands-on experience with key components of Identity and Access Management
- 4 years of operational experience with ongoing maintenance of company operating systems such as Email Administration (Exchange), Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, and Identity and User Account Management platforms
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics methods
- Possession of the CISSP certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership with an ability to mentor and manage engagement of staff and further their professional growth
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
