Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Services Manager located in Hyderabad. The Senior Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient customer service delivery. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and manage a team of service technicians. The Senior Services Manager will also be responsible for implementing service policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team of service technicians
- Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
- Experience in implementing service policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the generator industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
