Job Description

Understand the reasonable assurance standard for reporting in depth for both BRSR Core and Non-Core indicators

Understand guidelines for reporting via continuous study, discussions with advisors and actively engaging with SEBI Responding to investor requests and making rating agency submissions with the objective of improving a high ESG rating Design and execute plans to improve ESG ratings across major ESG rating frameworks - DJSI, MSCI, SustainalyticsUnderstand rating agency methodologies to prioritize disclosures

Conduct internal audits to ensure readiness for external assurance and build a strong relationship with the assurance provider.

Write detailed email responses to shareholder / investor queries on ESG

Support the Chief Sustainability Officer in by participating in investor meetings on ESG

The Successful Applicant

8-10 years in Sustainability with a listed company in India or the Climate Change & Sustainability practice in a major, reputed consulting firmExperience of working in the technology or logistics sector.

Must have sound understanding of BRSR, GRI and Sustainability Reporting
