Job description

Role & Responsibilities To design and deliver the marketing & communication strategy. To sustain and grow brand equity amongst clients, within the company, industry and the media. Drive a culture shift of customer centricity in the organisation – across all divisions. Increase customer satisfaction through timely & quality closure of open items and complaints. To drive a account-segmented approach to relationship management To increase brand presence amongst key stakeholders To support Sales Division with collaterals and sales leads. To support operations team to build Customer Relationship through segmented marketing. Establish a feedback mechanism with customer to constantly capture customer preferences , complaints and expectations. Maintain the key customer metrics which leads to understanding of customer satisfaction and journey over customer lifecycle Event Management . Collaborative initiatives with PR department to deliver Industry specific content. Lead Generations through Email Marketing Online Marketing through blogs on Social Media Website content development and management Brand Visibility Maintain the key customer metrics which leads to understanding of customer satisfaction and journey over customer lifecycle.
