Position: Healthcare Lead / Senior Advisory Experience: 15+ years Location – Mumbai / Pune / Noida / BLR / HYD Budget: upto 50 LPA max Notice Period: upto 60 days
Communication should be excellent and preferred female candidate. Educational Qualifications: BE / B. TECH / BSc + MBA / PGDM from IIT/IIMs and equivalent Responsibilities Able to evaluate the business requirements and translate them into a meaningful architecture artefact that serve as a guiding document for both business and technology/IT team for implementation. Advising clients on IT strategy & roadmap development, application portfolio optimization, IT simplification strategies, cost optimization, benchmarking studies, experience in business operations, systems evaluation, application (ERP, HMS.) evaluation, process evaluation, data strategy, enterprise architecture and supplier governance Bringing structure to the client problems & problem solving Develop / customize solutions relevant to client Knowledge and hands on Experience on business process, HLS, telemedicine, hospital management system, robotic process , HLS base process automation , HLS base digital automation , AI , Deep Tech Technology, RPA . Able to articulate Digital Vision, IT Road map, Mission and goals for an organization and conceptualize the roadmap to achieve this Digital VIsion Drive / facilitate quantitative and qualitative analyses on digital business performance, synthesize findings into fact-based recommendations Understands digital market places & principles of designing digital products & services Create business reference model / architecture Analyzes and recommends digital & enterprise architecture principles, policies to be used in development of the Solution architecture Capable of overseeing and documenting business model, business requirements, data points etc Capable of building business capability map, business governance plan, capability maturity map etc. Can define the KRAs for various digital, IT capabilities & initiatives Create presentation material to support recommendations to Executive management, Board of Directors, and wider stakeholder groups Willingness to travel 80-100% Flexible to adopt to a demanding lifestyle Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point Internal Focus: the process to identify and evaluate internal digital assets, capabilities and strengths to position right solutions with right stakeholders within prospective customers. a single point of coordination and oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects for a particular industry vertical with internal entrepreneurs (e.g. Innovation team) and senior management (IBG, to identify disruptive opportunities in digital space External Focus: external digital opportunities, competition and threats as key inputs to align/shape-up digital offerings consulting engagements for customers to drive digital transformation Initiatives large digital transformations programs for customers on an ongoing basis with CXOs – mainly, outside CIO’s office to help them envision their future through Digital possibilities and thus to identify opportunities for Digital interventions. with alliance partners in joint GTM strategy/planning and in delivering customer projects Experience/Knowledge Required Domain Focus: · Knowledge and hands on Exp on business process, HLS,telemedicine, hospital management system, robotic process , HLS base process automation , HLS base digital automation , AI , Deep Tech Technology, RPA .
