Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Formulate, execute, and refine the company's digital marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
Online Brand Presence:
- Enhance and maintain a strong online brand presence across various digital channels.
- Implement strategies to improve brand awareness and recognition.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, Google AdWords, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
Content Marketing:
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Develop a content calendar with content writers and manage content distribution across digital platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Lead social media strategy, overseeing content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
- Execute and optimize social media campaigns.
Google AdWords:
- Develop and execute Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, budgets, and targeting.
On-Page/Off-Page Optimization:
- Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Ensure website content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
- Interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all digital initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
