Greetings! I have a role with my client which is a leading IT Software ed tech domain organization for Gurgaon. They are looking for a person who is in either Gurgaon; New Delhi or Noida currently and open working in Gurgaon. The person will be working in afternoon shift. The shift timings for the same shall be 2 PM IST- 11 PM IST. They are not providing any cabs; therefore the person should be able to manage on own commute. Skills- Job Title - Director of Engineering MERN Job location - Gurgaon Exp level - 10+ yrs Director of Engineering leads the engineering group; that includes front end, back end, full stack engineers, QA Engineers, and AI/ML Engineers. They lead and manage key activities in the engineering department inclusive of reliability engineering, and process automation in support of daily site/software development projects. Director of Engineering oversees all activities of the staff, builds reliability-engineering capabilities, and manages the variety of 3rd party tools and licenses related to the engineering activities. This role creates and maintains positive relationships with the internal and external stakeholders of the business in order to establish a consumer-focused culture.• 15+ years of experience in software product development, a majority of which is in web based solutions • Experience in MERN stack applications (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) is required • Experience in intent recognition engines like Google Dialogflow, SBERT, etc preferred • Experience working with in memory databases such as Redis a plus • Experience with growing and mentoring engineering staff a must • Exposure to Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, Skills in one or more chosen frameworks/libraries like jQuery or Bootstrap If interested; please share your profile so that we can discuss it in detail.
