Additional Reference: Condé Nast Traveller Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas) Helms and runs all stages of production from pitch to delivery and will be expected to work with and manage external creative talent across all video functions including writers, directors, camera persons, and post-production editors. Ensures the execution is aligned with brand brief and creative concepts for video and still photography shoots and brand campaigns. Manages end-to-end production; from creative development through to execution, delivery, and uploading of content. Leads multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring clear lines of communication with all parties (including content sign-off and reporting) Responsible for defining the details of the approved brief and plan for execution, including preparing the project plan/network in great detail Supervises the creative workflow and deliverables for projects keeping in mind timeframes, budgets, and aesthetic benchmarks Follows up on all permissions required for shoot Attends briefings and subsequently conceptualizes ideas and visualizes videos and photoshoots Works closely with the strategist to align brand ideas with titles Writes narratives, prepares mood boards, creates decks, and provides visual references to stakeholders Responsible for finalization of the production house and briefing the Director Edits short-form content and comp editing long-form content and creates social media edits, as and when the project demands and as per the skill set Builds and manages the vendor database and scouts for great creative partners Responsible for relevant interdepartmental coordination and cross-functional alignment - sales, social/native, editorial, etc Presents to the client and communicates with the client, across projects Desired Skills/ Requirements Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Media / Post Graduate Experience - 4 to 8 years as a Creative Producer. Candidates who have worked with niche/high-end brands in lifestyle, luxury, and travel would be preferred.
