Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Noida. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and answering incoming calls. You will provide information about our services, schedule appointments with interested clients, and maintain detailed call logs and records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
• Ability to learn about real estate industry and services quickly
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
