About the role Lead and execute the strategies for Employee and Leadership Development, Talent Development and Capability Building Programs, Employer branding along with D&I.

Responsibilities Create, lead and direct all aspects of the Learning and Organization Development Design & plan annual budget for respective functions Implement the actionable based on the inputs from the Talent Investment Grid and plan development activities for all place makers Drive the completion of Mid-term and Year end appraisals Prepare and implement learning strategies, programs and conduct Training Deliveries Drive the completion of Mid-term and Year end appraisals Implement the new Onboarding plan for all the new joinees Conduct Learning & Development programs for all AGM and above Drive the Global Management Trainee program in ISS Design, drive and continuously improve new hire orientation programs across business unit to ensure superior and seamless joining experience for employees Manage formal and informal communication of various L&OD intervention Manage “Employer Branding” end to end for various Award nominations Create / Design content for Leaning & Development programs Plan and execute Townhalls end to end Work with external content providers, LMS providers to onboard, manage and troubleshoot services to support our Niche initiatives. Work with the internal platforms team to represent needs of L&D function vis-a-vis platforms needed to support L&D needs Monitor and establish metrics to ensure L&D efforts and results are efficiently and effectively meeting the business needs of the organization. Ensure achievement of promised effectiveness measures, business impact and employee experience of learning programs Lead, design, coordinate, and execute training activities, providing a systematic approach to functional training and process improvement that produce a high performing workforce and supports the Organizations service and solution strategy

Desired Qualification · Education Qualification Any Graduates, MBA in HR preferred, relevant Certifications will be added advantage · Experience Minimum 6 plus years of relevant experience, Matrix MNC organisation experience will be preferred · Strong fundamental understanding of L&D frameworks, principles, Knowledge of psychometric tools · End-to-end diagnostics of business-needs linked capability building interventions · Program Management of learning journeys · Knowledge of various L&OD delivery channels across digital and face to face mediums (i.e. digital modules, scenario based learning, gamification, class room training, coaching etc.) · Know-how of industry best practices for all the functions
