Roles and responsibility:
- Responsible to handle all customers who walk in branch for service requests/query - Generating the Leads and close the lead for New Business - Persistency(revivals) with daily follow ups callings on daily basis - Handling Video Calling service for NRI services - Handled Branch Audits and Admin related issues - Chat Process for Non-Walk-in customer Service - Maintain all policy payments data (MIS) Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (preferred). - Min. 1 to 4 years exp.
