The Company:
We are working with a rapidly growing business that offers a subscription based platform for the construction and built environment sector. They have offices in the UK and mainland Europe, tens of thousands of customers; and revenues in the tens of millions.

Companies are able to use the software to demonstrate their Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) capabilities, mange their risk, source new supply chain partners, network within the industry, reduce costs and win new business.

The Role:
Our client is dramatically expanding their marketing team in the UK and looking to add a Content Marketing Executive to the team. You will be responsible for creating, delivering, and managing the content and campaigns across the full range of marketing channels.

You will create content that educates, engages, and converts their target audience and helps to drive brand awareness and generate leads for the business.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy covering blogs, whitepapers, social media, email campaigns, website copy, and promotional materials.

Content Optimisation and Distribution: work with the digital team to ensure content is optimised for search engines (SEO). Manage content calendar; Work with the wider team to plan, create and deliver marketing campaigns to ensure our content hits the target audience.

Collaboration and Reporting: collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and meets the needs of different departments; provide regular reports on content performance, insights, and recommendations for future content strategies; monitor industry trends and competitor activities and come up with new content strategies.

Experience and qualifications:

You will need to be able to demonstrate between 2-5 years of relevant experience in content marketing.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse content.

Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and analytics tools.

Strong communications skills and a team player.

A professional marketing qualification or degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.

The ability to work from their offices in Basingstoke a few days per week.
