Role And Responsibilities - We are looking for a Senior Academic Counsellor to join our team in Hyderabad.
- The Senior Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to students in their academic and career choices.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their goals, interests, and aspirations.
- Assessing students' academic performance and suggesting appropriate courses and programs.
- Providing information and guidance on college admissions, scholarship opportunities, and career paths.
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to stay updated on admissions criteria and requirements.
- Managing the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and assisting students with the enrollment process.
- Tracking and reporting on students' progress and success rates.
Candidate Qualifications - The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Academic Counselor or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of educational systems, admission processes, and career pathways.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
