JOB PURPOSE
Monitoring, alerting, escalation, follow up of the major and critical issues related to Highway assets
ORGANISATION CHART Key Responsibilities Key Actions Measure Operations & Maintenance - Monitor and Escalation on occurrence of incidents to PM & HO levels to provide actual live data for taking appropriate decision during criticality such as
- traffic blockade,
- Agitations etc.
- Rate revision
- Festive day traffics
- Rallies
- Monitor and coordinating with stake holders
- MPLS link down,
- Equipment faults.
- Traffic monitoring and providing hourly trends reports to the respective functionality heads on special events such as
- Pongal traffic
- Dushera
- Deepavali
To improve productivity losses and/or major interruption to service
Operations & Maintenance - Tracking of project vehicle movements
- a) Control over speeding and unwanted usages by getting VTS alerts.
- To ensure project vehicle is moving within the project stretch
- Monthly VTS Report submission to HO& site team for submitting NHAI time line adherence.
Improve the operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities Operations & Maintenance - Traffic counting by using PTZ camera's as and when required by the traffic team.
- Data Review - Review the transactions to ensure vigilant attitude among TCs at all toll plazas
- Review the exempt transactions
- Accuracy of vehicle classification
- Over weight transactions
- Audit reviews of plaza manager
- suspected transactions as and when required
To reduce exemption and violations
- Establish Audio and Video conferences for HO & Site team
- Broadcasting SMS alerts from Control Centre to
- ETag holders for timely recharging their tags to avail hassle free drive in our plazas.
- SMS on occurrence of major issues to all plazas operations team and HO teams to ensure timely alerts to all key officials and staffs
