Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Provide visionary leadership to the inside sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance inside sales team, ensuring individual and collective success. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives. Sales Planning and Execution: Drive the development and execution of sales plans, optimizing processes to meet and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning and messaging with market needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with the customer success team to address client concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets and developing strategies for market penetration. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position UNIVO Education competitively. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Prepare regular reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention. Work closely with product development teams to provide insights into customer needs and preferences. Key Competencies of the Successful Candidate Include 15 – 20 Years of experience in Inside / Telesales Hands on Experience of handling team size of 800+ . Strong Sales Management experience. Experience managing Inside Sales teams / telephone sales teams. Results driven performer Strong leadership qualities Proven ability to lead, develop and engage all employees Personable manager able to interact at all levels within the company, including members of the Management Team & Board of Directors Strategic vision coupled with hands-on execution abilities Ability to analyze and interpret financial and market data Articulate communication skills – written and oral
