Job description
Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
- This is an individual contributor role.
- The candidate shall be responsible for creating and developing new accounts and strengthening existing customers.
- The candidate will also assess the product portfolio in line with evolving customer needs and current offerings to the market working closely with the product development and marketing team.
- Analyze performance, market conditions, and competitor's strategies and suggest solutions and implement the same.
- Drive initiatives and sales targets of the Franchise.
- Being a single-window contact with customers, the candidate shall ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index.
- The candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership in their respective territory, thereby enhancing the stature and presence of the brand.
- Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders, Architects / Sr. Architects about the company s product (complete hardware) - features, USPs, etc.
- Will be responsible to achieve and exceed the monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets of the franchise.
- Contribute to preparing the Monthly Sales Target.
- Reporting to Franchise Owner and BDM of that Territory.
