Key Responsibilities: Review and Analysis of Financial Statement. Allocating the work to the team members and timely follow-ups. Preparation of report and analysis to the top management for decision making. Talk to consultants for any complex transactions and get things closed on time. Drafting and implementing policies within the team. Good written and verbal communication. Review the variance analysis from prior periods and seek explanation of variances. Executes internal controls and completes proper evidence of execution. Guide teams on work executions as per planned timelines. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data. Review the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies. Financial and Cash Management Problem Solving Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Requirements & Skills: At least 3-4 years of experience post qualification. CA Qualified candidate. Exposure to Statutory Audits / Taxation. Exposure to US GAAP is a must (General Accepted Accounting Principle). Hands-on experience on Financial Preparations & Reporting. Working knowledge of 1099, Ben 8. W9, Franchise tax, Federal and State return, State registration and other US compliance Knowledge on US IPO and term loan covenant would be an advantage.
