Roles and responsibilities: Immigration Consultant
- The expert immigration counselors offer quality consultancy.
- They make it possible for the clients to fructify their migration aspirations, with no troubles whatsoever.
- Remarkable visa advisors usually possess an excellent domain experience & background.
- Advise good knowledge of all the latest developments on the visa and immigration front.
- Able to highlight the many key changes introduced by the various immigration bodies, such as the Citizenship and Immigration Canada  (CIC), and the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) of Australia etc.
- Responsible to verify all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Responsible to take interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
- Responsible for the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents before proceed.
- Responsible to prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Provide necessary help to the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
- You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Other work assigned by Management as per requirement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
- Experience in Immigration admin or counseling, migration consultancy, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help clients make informed decisions and create positive relationships with various stakeholders such as universities, government departments, and other professionals
NOTE : Candidates based in Ahmedabad is more preferable.
