Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

1.Performance Management: •Take part in the formulation of annual business for the CY. •Ensure 100% completion of goal setting, MYR & APR process as per the timeline and as per the ABP. •Ensure and maintain the quality of the Goals undertaken by the employees.

2.Learning and Development •Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that support the development of our employees and align with our business objectives and values. •Ensure achievement of L&D targets for the year •Ensure timely completion of Annual Training Need Identification. •Ensure preparation and execution of annual and monthly training calendar. •Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, using various metrics and feedback methods. •Manage the learning budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization. •Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with contracts. •Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and legal requirements in the field of learning and development. •Prepare monthly and Yearly MIS on the L& D Initiatives.

3. On boarding & Employee Engagement: •Prepare for the quarterly employee satisfaction and engagement survey. •Communicate with new hires before their start date, providing them with relevant information about the company, their role, their team, their benefits, etc. •Prepare and distribute welcome kits and gifts for new hires. •Conduct induction to new hires •Process paperwork and documentation for new hires, such as contracts, tax forms, NDAs, etc. •Organize social events and activities for new hires to help them integrate into the company culture. •Ensure mentors men-tee programs is effectively executed. •Plan and implement sustainable engagement calendar for the facility

Functional Skills a.Knowledge of various learning theories, methods, technologies, and tools b.Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills c.Experience in working with external vendors and consultants. d.Knowledge of MS Office Behavioral Skills a.Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills b.Ability to work effectively with different levels of the organization. c.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
