Job Overview
We are seeking a Store Assistant to join our team at Manav Management Group. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to store operations and inventory management. This is a Full-Time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of store operations and inventory management
- Experience with ERP software (e.g., Tally ERP)
- Familiarity with MRN (Material Receipt Note), FIFO (First In, First Out), GRN (Goods Receipt Note), RGP (Return Goods Purchase), and NRGP (Non-Return Goods Purchase)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming goods
- Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare and maintain records of stock levels and transactions
- Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment
- Assist in conducting stock audits and cycle counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries
- Operate computerized inventory management systems (e.g., Tally ERP)
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
