Job Description:

Responsible for developing the business by creating awareness about various programs
Responsible to generate database and market collaterals, information
Planning of an organization’s business development activities & initiatives through innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business
Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management and Consultants for BD
Accountable for negotiating with schools & other institutes for contracts, initiating proposals
To plan & develop Centers/ schools
Visit potential schools & other institutes for strategic tie-up
Drive admissions Campaign for Schools/ Preschools.
Develop effective working relationships with internal & external customers through regular meetings
To identify new avenues of business
Plan & execute strategies for brand awareness by advertising and brand promotion campaign
Plan & execute events such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, road shows, saturation campaigns etc.
Coordinate with publicity firms for outdoor media
Assessing new markets and analyzing business opportunities by keeping tab on the competition
Conducting market surveys, competitor analysis and data collection
To assist for Media campaigns., Website development, Print requirements, at various places as required
To create, develop, rate, manage & maintain database, information for the developmental usage
To motivate parents, adhere the schedules and plan the calendars for the events
